Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what data Zuno collects, what it is used for, and your rights. Processing follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
1. What we collect
Account: username, email and encrypted password. Declared age at signup (under/over 18). Content you create: messages, servers, channels and uploads. Technical data: connection records (IP address and timestamps) as required by the Brazilian Internet Act, and call quality metrics (latency, jitter, packet loss).
We do not sell your data. Ever.
2. What we use it for
Making the platform work (delivering your messages and calls); safety and moderation, including report investigation and legal cooperation; quality and performance improvements; and, when you ask, processing Premium and Zats payments.
3. Sharing
Your data may be processed by providers strictly necessary to the operation (hosting, real-time media, payments) under data protection agreements. Upon a valid legal request from authorities, connection records may be provided as prescribed by law.
Other users see only what you publish: display name, @username, avatar and the content of the communities you join.
4. Minors
Data of minors gets reinforced protection: we collect the minimum necessary, contact and camera restrictions apply by default, and guardians may request account deletion at any time.
5. Retention and your rights
Messages and files remain while the account exists; connection records are kept for the legally required period. At any time you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion, through the privacy email. Accounts banned for serious violations (especially involving minors) may retain minimal data for safety and legal obligations.
