Terms of Service

1. Minimum age and minors

The minimum age to use Zuno is 13. Users between 13 and 17 must use the platform with the knowledge and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the minor’s use.

Child safety is an absolute, non-negotiable priority: any sexual conduct involving minors is forbidden — including body display, grooming, requests for intimate images and sexualized conversation with minors. Such conduct leads to immediate bans, evidence preservation and full cooperation with law enforcement.

Declared minor accounts receive additional contact and camera restrictions and may be verified.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Zuno for: any illegal activity; harassment, threats, hate speech or stalking; explicit sexual content outside appropriate spaces; spam, scams and social engineering; malware distribution; infringement of third-party rights; or any form of child exploitation or endangerment.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension or permanent bans of the account and involved servers, plus any applicable legal action.

3. Moderation and reports

Each server is moderated by its own team, which is responsible for what circulates in it. Zuno provides reporting tools across the platform and may intervene directly in cases of minors at risk, illegal activity or serious reports.

Reports of "minor at risk" and sexual content involving minors have top priority and immediate review.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your password and for all activity in your account. False age information may lead to permanent bans.

5. User content

You keep ownership of what you create and publish on Zuno, and grant us the limited, necessary and revocable license to store and transmit it while you use the platform.

Each server’s team decides what circulates in it; Zuno may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Payments and Zats

Zats and Premium subscriptions are purchased in local currency through enabled payment processors. Zats spent on powers and cosmetics are non-refundable, except where the law requires. Prices and limits are those displayed in the shop at purchase time.

7. Termination and changes

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. These terms may be updated; relevant changes will be announced in the platform and may require new consent.

8. Governing law

Brazilian law applies, notably the Brazilian Internet Act (Law 12.965/2014), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) and the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8.069/90).
