This Privacy Policy explains how Zuno ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Discord bot and web dashboard at zuno.gg. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.
We collect: Discord server IDs (guild ID), configured channel and role IDs, Discord user ID (for authentication and identification), server settings (enabled modules, log channels, etc.), economy/leveling data generated by bot usage, and moderation records (kicks, bans, warns). We do not store passwords, user access tokens, or private message content.
We use collected data to: operate bot features (automations, moderation, economy, etc.), authenticate users on the web dashboard via Discord OAuth2, display statistics and settings in the dashboard, process moderation and automation actions, and improve the service based on aggregated usage metrics.
Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL). Database access is restricted and protected by authentication. We perform regular backups and maintain up-to-date security practices.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared: with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, when required by law or court order, or to protect user rights and safety.
You have the right to: request access to data we store about your server, request deletion of your data (by removing the bot and contacting support), export your server settings, and revoke OAuth2 access at any time in Discord settings.
We maintain data while the bot is active in the server. After bot removal, configuration data is kept for 30 days (to facilitate re-adding) and then automatically deleted. Moderation logs may be kept for up to 90 days.
Our service follows Discord's minimum age requirements (13 years). We do not intentionally collect data from children under 13. If we identify such a situation, we will delete the data immediately.
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the support Discord server. The last updated date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
