By adding the Zuno Bot to your Discord server or using the dashboard at zuno.gg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using our services.
Zuno is a Discord server automation bot that offers: AI-powered automations, moderation system, virtual economy, leveling, giveaways, whitelist, audit logs, custom commands, and member management. The service is available in free and premium plans.
You must be at least 13 years old and have administrator permissions on the server where the bot will be added. By using the service, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of the server.
You agree to use Zuno only for legitimate Discord community management purposes. Do not abuse API limits, do not use the bot for harassment, spam, or any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
We collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, and server settings necessary for bot operation. We do not store message content beyond what is needed for specific features (such as moderation logs).
It is prohibited to: use the bot to violate laws or regulations; attempt to exploit service vulnerabilities; reverse engineer the bot; resell access without authorization; use automations for spam, raiding, or mass harassment; collect member data without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may remove the bot from your server at any time. Data associated with the server may be deleted after 30 days of removal.
The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for data loss, incorrect moderation actions caused by user configurations, or temporary service unavailability.
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through our support Discord server or dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
